BALLET
It’s beautiful, it’s graceful, it’s the foundation from which many dance styles have developed. Ballet practice teaches technique, coordination, musicality, and body awareness. It improves flexibility, posture and muscle strength and tone.
Levels
- Pre Ballet – Ages 3-5
- Ballet Kids – Ages 6-8
- Ballet Juniors – Ages 9-12
- Ballet Teens – Ages 13-17
Attire
Black leotard, pink tights, black or pink ballet slippers.
